Reward Offered For Information In Theft Of KISS, MÖTLEY CRÜE, VAN HALEN Memorabilia

The Record-Courier is reporting that Douglas County Secret Witness is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to arrests in an April 6 burglary in the Gardnerville Ranchos, Nevada in which thieves are accused of stealing rock 'n' roll memorabilia worth $8,000.

Numerous items were taken including shadow boxes containing autographed photos, guitar picks and ticket stubs from performances by KISS, VAN HALEN, MÖTLEY CRÜE, ZZ TOP and TED NUGENT.

According to the victim, the memorabilia had been arranged in shadow boxes by group.

The victim moved to Las Vegas in November and left the items in the house which is up for rent.

The suspects are described as a white female who uses the first name "Val" and a white male.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Secret Witness at 782-7463 or 586-7295 or Douglas County Sheriff's Investigator Ron Elges, 782-9907.

Totaly anonymity is assured and Secret Witness payments will be made in any manner the caller prefers.
